Position Overview:



This leader in our client's events processing command center is someone who exercises good judgment and makes sound business decisions. A successful candidate will have a strong leadership foundation and be a self-starter who independently and successfully manages inventory levels along with ever-changing customer business requirements. The candidate must place great emphasis on high quality work paired with efficient production while also, and especially, placing emphasis on sustainable engagement. It is also essential that this leader has a true customer-centric mindset. The candidate should be able to assist personnel with the development and maintenance of training materials that they will use to train incoming processors. This Operations Supervisor will take direction from and collaborate closely with the Operations Manager of Event Processing.

Essential Responsibilities:



Manages day-to-day business operations by monitoring current inventory levels and future forecasts to ensure adequate staffing to meet or exceed customer-specific SLA requirements. Develops and motivates event processors by means of strong communication, timely feedback, valuable coaching. Actively identifies ways to continually create a work environment where event processors feel highly valued and engaged. Conducts regular 1-on-1 sessions with event processors while also regularly communicating with their team via ongoing staff meetings and/or team huddles. Works with leadership to address any sensitive performance and/or behavior issues in a very timely manner. Assists personnel with the development of effective training materials for processor training and facilitates training sessions/classes as needed. Serves as a change-agent in helping to implement process and/or organizational change efforts as directed by or in collaboration with leadership. Approves work schedules and time off while also tracking attendance and tardiness; provides progressive discipline for attendance, performance, and/or behavior issues. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of leadership experience preferred. Experience working with transaction processing preferred. Ability to develop and successfully engage with staff members. Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and to work well with others. Exceptional relationship building skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Quality driven with a strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet all assigned deadlines. Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
