Job Summary:

We are seeking a

highly skilled Operations Supervisor

to oversee

all aspects of resort operations

. This role ensures seamless guest experiences, efficient service execution, and operational excellence across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily resort operations

, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Lead and supervise front-end Food & Beverage teams

, including restaurant, bar, and banquet staff.

Ensure high-quality guest service

, addressing concerns and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Monitor inventory, supply chain, and vendor relations

for Food & Beverage operations.

Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards

across all service areas.

Collaborate with management

to develop strategies for operational efficiency and profitability.

Assist in scheduling and staff training

to maintain service excellence.

Support event planning and execution

, ensuring seamless coordination of banquets and special occasions.

Analyse operational performance

, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience

in resort operations

Exceptional leadership and communication skills

to effectively manage teams and guest interactions.

Knowledge of industry trends

, service standards, and operational best practices.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

while maintaining attention to detail.

Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling software

is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
