Our business is Red Hanger Cleaners/FRSTeam of Utah What You'll Do: As our Operations Superstar, you'll be the right hand of the executive team and the engine behind our daily success. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
? Train and mentor team members across all locations to ensure consistency, quality, and excellent service
? Lead customer service excellence--support front-line teams in creating memorable customer experiences
? Enforce policies and procedures, ensuring operational consistency and accountability across all stores
? Monitor and maintain key performance metrics, including production efficiency, turnaround time, quality control, and customer satisfaction
? Coordinate logistics for pickup/delivery routes, inventory, and equipment across multiple locations
?? Identify and solve operational issues quickly and effectively, always looking for process improvements
? Work directly with the leadership team on strategy, growth initiatives, and special projects
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in operations, retail, hospitality, or service-based businesses (multi-unit management a strong plus)
A natural leader with excellent people skills and a track record of developing strong teams
Detail-oriented and metrics-driven, with a sharp eye for both customer experience and operational efficiency
Able to thrive in a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using technology and reporting tools to track performance and manage systems
