Our company is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Operations Coordinator to help oversee daily projects, ensure quality standards, and provide an outstanding experience for our customers.

Position Overview

The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our projects running smoothly. You'll be responsible for supervising crews, maintaining communication between the office and customers, ensuring work is completed safely and correctly, and upholding the high standards we're known for.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee job sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards Communicate clearly with customers, crews, and office staff Conduct quality inspections and upload photos to our CRM (Roofr) Perform nail cleanups, confirm job site cleanliness, and deliver materials as needed Operate a company truck and trailer when required Use a metal brake and perform minor repairs (fascia, siding, gutters, roofs, screens, paint, etc.) Provide excellent customer service and represent Just In Time Roofing & Construction with professionalism Comfortable working on or around roofs (not afraid of heights)

Qualifications

Roofing or construction experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

a plus (but not needed) Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Ability to safely operate a truck and trailer Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
