What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Operations Readiness Contractor within our Electric Vehicle (EV) division. This position falls under our North American Vehicles Payments line of business and is located Remote (with option to work hybrid from Atlanta Buckhead office). In this role, you will ensure new EV products and initiatives launch smoothly by acting as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Customer Operations teams -- making sure people, processes, and systems are truly ready before go-live and supported after launch. You will report directly to the VP of EV Product (Emily Bubp) and regularly collaborate with the US EV team, US VP Sales, Service and Product.

Role Responsibilities



The responsibilities of the role will include:



Partnering with cross-functional teams to define go-live needs, timelines, and success criteria Coordinating the bridge between the product team and sales/service teams Tracking readiness progress, flagging risks early, and helping teams navigate through launch and stabilization Supporting customers in early adoption stages, troubleshooting issues, and communicating learnings to the broader team Owning sales and service enablement for product launches -- creating training guides, coordinating account setup testing, and supporting customers Creating and refining clear, practical training materials, SOPs, and internal communications including one-pagers, PowerPoints, or creative formats

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or change/readiness roles Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or communications Hands-on experience supporting product launches or operational changes Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools; Salesforce experience is a plus Project management experience (PMO, Six Sigma green/black belt a plus) Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to different audiences
