Role Overview

We are hiring

two Operations & Quotation Coordinators

to support our growing office team. These roles are critical to the daily execution of our business and will work closely with engineering, production, procurement, and leadership.

You will assist with:

Preparing and managing customer quotations Processing customer purchase orders Procuring raw materials and outside services Maintaining accurate records and supporting operational workflows
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys precision, structure, and seeing work move from quote ? order ? production.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing customer quotations, including organizing RFQ packages, drawings, and supporting documentation Process customer purchase orders and ensure accuracy against quoted terms Create and maintain job and quote folders in our ERP and document systems Request and track material quotes from suppliers (aluminum, titanium, steel, specialty alloys, etc.) Support procurement of raw material, hardware, outside processing, and special services Coordinate internally to ensure orders are released accurately and on time Maintain clean, organized, and auditable records (quotes, POs, certifications, correspondence) Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers as needed Support general administrative and operations tasks related to order flow

What We're Looking For

Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with computers and business systems (ERP experience a plus) Able to follow defined processes while continuously improving them Manufacturing, aerospace, or supply-chain experience is a strong plus--but not required

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience in a CNC machining, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing environment Familiarity with purchase orders, quotations, or procurement workflows Exposure to ERP systems (ProShop, JobBOSS, Epicor, etc.) Understanding of quality-driven environments (AS9100 / ISO9001)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
