Job Description

As an Operations & Quality Intern, you'll support the implementation of our Quality Management System for new business launches. You'll gain hands-on experience with the foundational tools and processes that ensure world-class operational performance, learning how new production lines, training cells, and quality controls are established before customer go-live.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assist in developing Process Flows, PFMEA, and Standard Work Instructions to support new business launches Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems and workflows Help create and organize training materials and assist in training cell setup Participate in process audits to verify readiness and adherence to quality standards Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and quality teams to identify improvement opportunities Document lessons learned and support the continuous improvement of launch procedures

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Students pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering or related field Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with process mapping, data analysis, or quality systems is a plus
