The Role



We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented

Operations & Office Administrator

to support our owners and project management team. This role is critical to keeping our operations running smoothly, our clients informed, and our internal systems organized as we continue to grow.

This is a

dynamic, evolving position

. We have never had a dedicated administrative role before, so this position will develop over time as we identify where support creates the most value. If you enjoy variety, ownership, and

What You'll Be Responsible For



Supporting the owners and Project Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks Managing inbound phone calls, leads, and general inquiries Managing and maintaining our CRM and sales pipeline Scheduling discovery calls and meetings with the sales team Assisting with construction-related administration, including permits, paperwork, and documentation Client communication and follow-ups (check-ins, updates, scheduling, coordination) Document management, contracts, and handling sensitive or confidential information Supporting marketing and relationship-building efforts (client gifts, influencer outreach, meetings, etc.) Assisting with social media, content coordination and Google updates as needed (posting updates, sharing project photos, coordinating with the team) Helping implement, improve, and document systems and processes as the company grows Running errands and traveling to various locations throughout the Denver Metro area as needed

Tools You'll Use



Buildertrend Calendly Microsoft Office & Google Workspace CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus; assisting with CRM integration is part of the role)

What We're Looking For



1-2+ years of administrative or office experience (construction experience preferred, not required) Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills (phone, email, text, and video) Warm, positive, confident, and professional demeanor Proactive self-starter who can prioritize, adapt, and manage workload independently Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information Enjoys working with people and building relationships Able to think critically, follow direction, and continuously improve systems

What Success Looks Like



After 3 Months



Fully functioning in the role Core systems, workflows, and responsibilities established Confidently supporting the owners and Project Manager

After 6-12 Months



Operations and administrative systems are dialed in CRM and inbound sales processes are running smoothly Acting as a true support backbone for the company Making the entire team's work easier and more efficient

Compensation & Benefits

Work Environment

Hiring Timeline



Desired start date: Late January - February Hiring process includes a phone interview followed by an in-person interview
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
