The Operations Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure excellent guest service, strong team performance, and compliance with Marriott brand standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations for Front Desk, Housekeeping, and public areas
Ensure high guest satisfaction and handle guest concerns as needed
Support hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising hotel staff
Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and operational procedures
Assist with schedules, payroll accuracy, and cost control
Support inspections, audits, and preventative maintenance
Assist with sell strategy, overbooking awareness, and walk procedures
Qualifications:
2+ years hotel supervisory or management experience (Marriott preferred)
Strong leadership and guest service skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
