Duties
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and support business growth objectives
Lead, motivate, and supervise teams across various departments to ensure high levels of performance and engagement
Oversee profit and loss management, analyzing financial reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement
Manage business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding service offerings
Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
Drive process improvements by evaluating current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions
Supervise daily operations to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with company policies and regulations
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training, mentorship, and leadership development initiatives
Monitor sales activities, set targets, and support teams in achieving sales growth objectives
Prepare detailed reports on operational performance for senior management review
Qualifications
Proven management experience with a strong track record of leading teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
Expertise in strategic planning and executing complex projects from inception to completion
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff at all levels
Solid understanding of profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis
Experience supervising teams involved in business development and sales activities
Strong background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
Prior experience in project management with a focus on operational initiatives is highly desirable
