WHO ARE WE?

You Move Me is a moving franchise & we primarily do home to home moves but we also do office space & commercial space moves too! You Move Me offers a premium moving service & our goal is to move you as well as your boxes. We are actively seeking a new well-rounded, motivated & driven Operations Manager to join our Tulsa team. Our ideal candidate will provide vision and leadership in long-range planning to ensure the continuity of our moving company. This position also offers consistent growth, development & franchise expansion opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing effective leadership and management to ensure our mission and core values are upheld Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity Communicate effectively, clearly & respectfully with customers, team members & leaders. Track staffing requirements, with a high focus on training, onboarding & retention Follow through on all planning and forecast meetings & metrics Create schedules, monitor labor & oversee payroll Must track, monitor & exceed sales & revenue monthly & yearly targets Have the ability to lift/load and move items 40-80 lbs

QUALIFICATIONS

Good verbal and written skills Good organizational & time management skills Able to multitask and prioritize Works well under pressure Able to diffuse conflict & find quick resolutions Excellent attention to detail Must be a team player 3-5 years of management experience preferred 1 yr + of sales & customer service experience 1 yr + of Computer & CRM experience (EX: Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Oracle)

Previous work in moving / logistics / delivery not mandatory but an asset*
