Position: Operations Manager - Transportation / Motorcoach Services

Location:

Santa Fe, NM (with travel to Rio Rancho, NM 2-4 times/month)

Compensation:

$60,000+ DOE + Bonus + Standard Benefits

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Operations Manager

to lead and oversee transportation operations across our

Santa Fe and Rio Rancho

locations. This position is responsible for managing motorcoach operators, fleet scheduling, customer service delivery, and ensuring compliance with all

FMCSA and DOT

regulations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a Commercial Driver's License (Passenger Endorsement) and proven experience managing fleet dispatch, route efficiency, and driver performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring on-time performance and safety compliance. Manage driver scheduling, dispatch coordination, and vehicle assignments. Supervise and support motorcoach operators, providing guidance and performance feedback. Ensure adherence to

FMCSA

, DOT, and company safety standards. Collaborate with the

Location Manager

and

HR

to maintain adequate staffing levels. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and service issues; recognize exceptional employee performance. Partner with the

Safety & Training

team to monitor incidents, accidents, and compliance metrics. Maintain detailed operational reports, performance metrics, and safety documentation. Perform driving duties as needed to support operations.

Qualifications:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement

- Required.

3+ years

of experience in

fleet dispatch and motorcoach operations

.

5+ years

of operations or transportation management experience preferred. Strong understanding of

FMCSA and DOT

rules and regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite

and fleet management software. Must pass pre-employment

drug screen

and

background check

.
