Operations Manager:



Manage Non-Jani Operations team:

Tracking Project completion of Non-Jani Ops Team Reviewing Logged Activities, Past Due Cases, and Case Aging for accountability and support Reviewing/Auditing recently created account pages for Compliance Keeping a pulse on installs and removals Vendor/Customer Escalation Resolution
Initiating Projects for Program Improvement:

Updating/Streamlining Processes Compliance & follow-through/SOW & Fee Rate Auditing
Reviewing Reports:

Compliance tracking - SOW's and Fee Rates No Invoices/Stopped invoicing & Resolutions Project Statuses
Managing Manager-level projects - both self-created and assigned

Quarterly Customer Check-In's with assigned Customers:

Cross-over support for Sales Rep Assigned BTB-NAM Accounts Managing Assigned Customer - Check-in's
Manage and Review NAM Sales Team Activities:

Progress of logging Quarterly Customer Connections Progress & roadblocks for Sales-assigned Projects Sales Reps calling Vendor/Customer locations to re-establish service
AR Support & Review: Learn about the Customers on the AR Past Due List - get the background from AR & Ops, relay and coordinate with Sales for their connection and resolution of hold.

Operations Support: Specific Clients



Customer Service:

Fielding, processing, and delegating phone calls Managing & responding to Service inbox Responding to the requests and needs of Clients & Vendors in a timely manner via phone & email Providing updated product and price lists to Clients & Vendors Conflict & Resolution Management Client & Vendor communications Tracking Badges & Visitor's Passes for specific Client Mass emails Shortages, delays, updates, responses to inquiries.
Operations Support:

Service call setup and follow-through Coordinate installs, removals, and service transitions New Vendor research, outreach & on-boarding Special Projects as needed
Equipment Updating (Specific Client) :

Deactivation, reporting to Client AR Coordination: On Hold/Off Hold notification to BTB Vendors
Compliance Monitoring:

Noncompliance & Account-hold resolution COI updates W-9 updates MSA & SOW outreach
Maintain Database integrity & accuracy:

Client-specific Price books Account pages Contracts MSA & SOWs
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
