We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee and improve day to day business operations for a fast paced service based company. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficiency, accountability, and consistent execution across teams.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and confident in leading people while optimizing systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and scheduling Ensure smooth coordination between front desk, technicians, and leadership Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality standards Develop, implement, and maintain operational systems and procedures Support employee onboarding, training, and accountability Track key performance indicators and operational reports Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and professionally Maintain high customer service and experience standards Communicate regularly with ownership and leadership

Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management or supervisory roles Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in automotive, service, or retail environments preferred Comfortable using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and internal systems
