Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Operational Leadership



Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple production departments, ensuring all customer, quality, safety, and delivery expectations are consistently met. Establish clear departmental and individual goals using a LEAN-focused approach. Lead operational meetings and communicate performance objectives across teams.

Strategic Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business units and external customers to ensure alignment and exceed expectations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen workflow efficiency.

Financial Oversight



Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost performance for multiple operational departments. Monitor financial metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Talent Development & Team Building



Develop, coach, and mentor team members to strengthen departmental capabilities. Attract and retain high-performing talent by fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and growth. Coordinate and facilitate staff training, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of

6 years of relevant operations leadership experience

(manufacturing/industry experience preferred). Strong ability to work effectively in diverse teams and with varying communication styles. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to gather data, analyze information, and make sound decisions. Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to identify trends and operational insights. Experience implementing LEAN methodologies is highly desirable.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
