Position Overview

The Operations Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations. This role ensures our Front Desk and Housekeeping teams deliver high-quality service, maintain Hilton brand standards, and create a positive environment for both guests and team members. The right candidate is hands-on, service-driven, and committed to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop Front Desk and Housekeeping teams Ensure rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas meet Hilton brand standards Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance coaching Oversee daily operations, scheduling, team productivity, and departmental communication Deliver strong service recovery and ensure guest concerns are resolved promptly Complete property inspections and partner with Engineering on maintenance priorities Maintain proper inventory levels, cost controls, and operational reporting Promote Hilton culture by modeling professionalism, teamwork, and guest-first service

Qualifications

Hotel management or supervisory experience required Hilton experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Solid understanding of Front Desk and Housekeeping operations Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability including some weekends and holidays Proficiency with hotel systems (ONQ experience is a plus)
