Job Summary



The Operations Manager supports multi-site branch operations to ensure quality client outcomes, compliance with regulations, and consistent process execution. This role partners with branch leadership to strengthen client satisfaction, operational performance, and workforce engagement across all locations.


Key Responsibilities




Serve as the main contact between clients and case managers to ensure positive outcomes and quality service delivery Conduct internal quality evaluations and address any deficiencies promptly Support daily branch operations and maintain operational continuity during change Lead weekly office meetings and ensure consistent communication across teams Guide and prepare branches for licensing surveys and regulatory reviews Review and improve operational processes for efficiency and compliance Provide training on new policies, ensuring consistent implementation Attend industry events and share insights to enhance company operations Foster high client retention and satisfaction through proactive problem-solving

Skills and Qualifications




Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple sites or regions Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of home care, healthcare, or senior living operations Skilled in process improvement and compliance oversight

Education and Experience



Bachelor's degree in Operations, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred) 3-5 years of management-level experience in home care, assisted living, nursing, or similar settings Experience managing multi-site operations preferred

Working Conditions




Most work is performed in a general office environment Regional travel as needed May require occasional evening or weekend availability for operational needs

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
