Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that support business growth and efficiency. Lead, motivate, and supervise teams across various departments to achieve operational excellence. Oversee profit & loss management to ensure financial health and sustainable growth. Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase revenue streams. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of initiatives. Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce costs. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly to assess operational performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Experience

Proven management experience with a strong track record of supervising teams in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and project management. Hands-on experience with profit & loss responsibilities, including budgeting and financial analysis. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative work culture. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
