MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for composing correspondence, memoranda, reports, or other materials for internal and external agencies. Reviews incoming correspondence, memoranda and reports and disseminate as accordingly. Maintains database records for accuracy and completeness. Compile accurate new employee records. Prepare statistical tables, graphs, charts, and graphical materials. Schedule internal and external meetings. Obtain and maintain proficiency in Motivational Interviewing. Participate in Performance Improvement activities. Perform other duties as required. Maintain waiting areas in compliance with health and safety standards. Participates in Corporate Leadership Meetings as assigned- representing home clinic and assist with communicating company updates/changes to programs and program managers. Work collaboratively with Program Director as Program Safety Monitor. Developing an understanding of CARF and BHDDH requires as it relates to this role and Office/facility requirements.



QUALIFICATIONS:



High School Diploma with training in office management, extremely proficient with business software and at least 5 to 7 years' related work experience
