Duties:



Oversee and manage daily HVAC and Delivery activities. Supervise a Service Manager and Service Coordinators with a team of technicians and delivery drivers. Ensure efficient and timely completion of all delivery requests Coordinate with technicians to schedule and prioritize repairs and maintenance tasks including ordering of parts needed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns Assist dispatcher with scheduling, billing, and customer communication Provide quotes for repairs or installations of new heating systems Schedules maintenance for fleet vehicles Maintain a clean and organized work environment Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Skills:



Educational requirements include High school diploma, college degree preferred Five plus years of management experience on the service side of oil and gas Must have extensive service experience in Oil, Gas and LP service State of Maine Oil and Gas licenses preferred Class B with tanker & hazmat preferred Exceptional customer service skills Excellent people management and leadership skills Comfortable with a flexible schedule and willing to travel into the field P&L Management experience preferred Valid Driver's license required. General computer skills in Office 365 Follow safety guidelines outlined by the company Familiarity with NFPA 31, 54 and 58. Strong organizational skills.
