Pay:

$100,000/year plus annual performance bonus (based on exceeding established KPIs)

Rooter Ranger Plumbing & Drain Specialists, located in Des Moines, Iowa, is looking for an Operations Manager to run our Plumbing and Drains Operations and lead our strategic growth in the Tampa market.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily plumbing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency. Lead a team of plumbing technicians, providing guidance, training, and support. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines. Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate with other departments and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Manage inventory, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Plumbing Manager or similar mechanical role. ServiceTitan knowledge Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
