Responsibilities

Lead and manage diverse members across multiple roles, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a motivated, collaborative work environment. Coordinate with ownership to implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality. Supervise daily business activities, including project management, process improvements, and resource allocation to meet organizational objectives. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new markets, building client relationships, and expanding service offerings. Monitor business performance to evaluate sales and customer traffic and implement corrective actions when necessary. Lead process improvement projects that enhance workflow, reduce waste, and increase overall effectiveness. Manage sales strategies to push favored dishes, new specials, or discount programs being developed Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards across all operations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and leadership development initiatives.

Requirements

Proven 1-2 or more years of management experience with a strong track record in supervising teams in retail or the service industries Demonstrated strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Exceptional leadership qualities that motivate teams and promote a positive work environment. Business-minded Good-time management skills Financially responsible and shows integrity Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
