Responsibilities
Manager on Duty Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, sales and accounting.
- Act as the primary leader during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth coordination and quick problem solving.
- In depth knowledge of Front Office operations and handle guest concerns, support staff, and maintain high service standards.
- In depth knowledge of hotel operations and experience in food and beverage, including banquets, bartending, or serving.
Experience
Qualifications: - Proven experience in hotel leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of all hotel departments. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
