We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily business operations, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals to enhance efficiency and profitability Lead, motivate, and supervise teams across various departments to ensure high performance and engagement Oversee profit & loss management, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded Drive business development efforts to expand market presence and increase sales opportunities Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to optimize workflows Collaborate with senior leadership to establish strategic objectives and operational policies Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for executive review Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence across the organization

Experience

Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and leading operations Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and business development activities Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial performance Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred Background in sales or client relationship management is advantageous Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills suitable for motivating diverse teams

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
