Operations Manager
Job Description
The ABA Operations Manager oversees the administrative, operational, and clinical support systems for a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organization. This role ensures efficient service delivery, strong compliance with Arkansas Medicaid and private payors, effective team performance, and exceptional family experience. The Operations Manager collaborates with clinical leadership to facilitate scheduling, staffing, authorization tracking, productivity analysis, and operational strategy.
This position demands strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a deep understanding of ABA service delivery systems and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, healthcare administration, or behavioral health services
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
