Job Summary

We are seeking a experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily manufacturing/woodworking operations and foster continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, strategic planning expertise, and proven leadership capabilities to ensure organizational efficiency and growth. This role involves supervising teams, managing profit and loss responsibilities, and spearheading business development efforts to expand market presence.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals to enhance productivity and profitability. Perform well in a growing business. Lead, motivate, and supervise teams across various departments to ensure high performance standards. Design, engineer, manufacturing, finishing, and distribution. Drive initiatives to identify new opportunities and expand client base. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion of initiatives. Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that increase revenue streams and customer satisfaction.

Experience

Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and leading operational functions. 10 years experience in woodworking/manufacturing is required. Knowledge in CNC, edgebander, and wood processing machinery diagnostics is required. Mozaik experience is preferred. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement methodologies. Experience in business development activities including sales strategy formulation and client relationship management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive organizational success.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
