Position Summary:



As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for custom digital scoreboard installations within a designated geographic region. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet client expectations, are completed on time, and adhere to budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong sense of ownership, organizational skills, and the ability to solve problems proactively.

Key Responsibilities:



Project Coordination: Lead and manage multiple digital scoreboard projects simultaneously within a specified region, from initial sale to installation, ensuring all project milestones and deadlines are met. Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team consisting of an Operations Assistant and a Graphic Designer, providing guidance, setting priorities, and ensuring collaborative execution of project goals. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of project timelines, expectations, and progress updates. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors for installation, technical setup, and other specialized services. Ensure all vendors meet performance standards and timelines. Problem-Solving & Change Orders: Address any issues that arise during the project, provide creative solutions, and process change orders when necessary. Timeline & Budget Oversight:?Provide strategic oversight of project timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall goals, while delegating day-to-day tracking and updates to the Operations Assistant Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high standards of quality throughout the project and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, schedules, change orders, and final project reports. Project Wrap-Up: Oversee project closeout activities including final billing, collection of completion photos, and preparation of final documentation for internal records and client delivery. Managing tight timelines and competing priorities across multiple projects. Ensuring coordination between internal teams and external contractors. Navigating logistical and technical challenges that arise during installation and setup. Managing client expectations and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the project. Overseeing vendor performance and mitigating any delays or issues that could impact project timelines.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in project management, preferably in construction, AV equipment, or related industries. Three plus years' experience in Operations or Construction Management. Experience in project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana) and Microsoft Suite. Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service and client relations. Demonstrated ability to hold others accountable and manage external vendors effectively. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on finding solutions under pressure.

Physical Demands



Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to operate standard office and/or job-specific equipment. Tolerance for environmental conditions such as noise, temperature changes, or outdoor exposure.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team. Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in both routine and complex situations. Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment



This position operates in a professional office environment or approved remote setting. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets may be used. Occasional travel or extended hours may be required depending on business needs.

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure



For positions performed in Illinois, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, the Company will include the pay range and a general description of benefits in all job postings in compliance with applicable state laws. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

: $90,000 annually, plus bonus and commission opportunities, with total earning potential up to $135,000.
