Operations Manager role

What You'll Do

Lead day-to-day

fence installation operations

Manage installers and subcontractors--set expectations and keep jobs moving Make sure jobs are staged correctly and crews have the right materials Visit job sites to

check quality, solve problems, and support crews

Conduct pre-install walkthroughs and handle post-install issues Coordinate schedules with the office team Oversee warehouse staging, materials, and deliveries Order materials (wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain link) Enforce safety, quality standards, and job-site professionalism Track vehicle and equipment maintenance
This role is

hands-on leadership

--you'll be in the field, not stuck behind a desk.

Schedule (One of the Best Parts)

Monday-Friday

6:45 AM - 3:15 PM

No weekends. No late nights.
Who This Role Is For

Experienced

fence installers, construction crew leads, or construction foremen

3+ years

in fencing, construction, or landscaping Someone ready to

lead people, not just install

Strong communicator who crews respect Knows job-site safety and quality standards Comfortable reading plans and solving problems Valid driver's license and clean driving record Solid computer skills (we are all digital and you need to be comfortable working with systems)

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Prior supervisory or lead installer experience Forklift certification Welding experience Spanish speaker

Pay & Details

Full-time

From $43,000-$65,000/year (depending on experience)
