We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead daily delivery operations for our Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP). This role owns safety, compliance, performance metrics, and team development across dispatch and driver operations. The ideal candidate leads with ownership, consistency, and a high standard of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily route execution to ensure on-time delivery and operational excellence
Lead and develop dispatch managers, dispatchers, and delivery associates
Ensure full compliance with Amazon DSP policies and company standards
Monitor and improve key performance metrics including safety, attendance, DCR, VOR, and customer feedback
Conduct investigations and corrective action for incidents, violations, and performance issues
Partner with Amazon station leadership and participate in audits and reviews
Manage labor planning, scheduling, and staffing to meet operational demand
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and respect
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and coaching
Hiring, onboarding and managing recruitment and retention of employees
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Safety Score: Maintain Amazon safety rating at Fantastic Plus
Capacity Reliability of above 100% and station average whichever is higher
Delivery Completion Rate (DCR): 99%+
Vehicle Off Road (VOR): Below station threshold
Attendance & Reliability: Meet or exceed DSP attendance targets
