Job Description
Job Summary
The Operations & Maintenance Associate plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dealership environment. This position is responsible for facility cleanliness, lot organization, vehicle movement, and supporting daily dealership operations to ensure a professional appearance and smooth workflow for staff and customers.
Responsibilities
Clean and maintain showroom, offices, restrooms, and common areas Perform daily trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning Monitor supplies and report restocking needs Maintain overall cleanliness and presentation of dealership facilities. Assist with vehicle check-in and documentation upon arrival. Transport vehicles between dealership locations and Vendors Park and organize vehicles according to dealership standards. Ensure the lot is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times. Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and organization Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
