We're seeking a motivated

Operations Leadership Trainee

to join our distribution team in Brownsburg, IN. This program is built for

recent college graduates

eager to learn the ins and outs of warehouse and supply chain operations while developing the skills to lead teams and drive process improvement. You'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of our business, from logistics to inventory management, and be mentored by seasoned leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Learn daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping. Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and logistics coordination. Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided). Support process improvements and implement best practices for safety and efficiency. Collaborate with corporate operations and supply chain teams on improvement initiatives. Contribute to data analysis, reporting, and inventory audits. Participate in leadership training and quarterly development reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Strong interest in logistics, operations, or distribution management. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and take initiative.
