Job Summary

Responsible for the supervision and training of all employees engaged in warehouse activities to ensure compliance with production schedules and to enforce company policies, procedures and safety regulations.

Essential Job Functions

Coordinate warehouse schedules and work closely with Operations Manager/Director of Operations Direct warehouse personnel and activities to ensure compliance with client contracts Prepare status and production reports Communicate receipt and processing of client products Interacting and training of new employees including temp staff Communicate and ensure the safety and welfare of all employees Related administration duties

Non-essential functions are not essential as defined above non-essential functions are the additional duties Function is incidental or a minimal part of the job Marginal functions can be redistributed among other staff.

Job Specifications - includes Education, physical and mental demands, and working conditions

Minimum two years warehouse supervisory experience Ability to become forklift certified - drug/alcohol screening required General warehouse system experience Good leadership and organizational skills Problem solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment English speaking, bilingual in Spanish preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office College education a plus or work experience equivalent
