As an Operations & HR Coordinator at Urva Prep Center, you'll help oversee and maintain the smooth daily operation of our warehouse and office workflows. Your role combines administrative, HR, and operations support, ensuring hiring, scheduling, payroll, billing, and client communication tasks are completed on time and accurately. You'll play a key role in keeping internal processes organized and helping the leadership team maintain structure as we continue to grow.


We're looking for a proactive, dependable individual who can balance multiple responsibilities, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. This is a cross-department position with consistent opportunities to grow into management as you master our internal systems.

Requirements



Must be 18 years of age or older Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and attention to detail Experience using task management or workflow tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.) Proficient with computers, Google Workspace, and basic spreadsheets

Bonuses



Prior experience in HR, office admin, or operations coordination Knowledge of payroll systems (Gusto or similar) Experience with QuickBooks or invoice reconciliation Understanding of basic labor law or compliance standards Familiarity with warehouse or logistics operations

Responsibilities



Support daily recurring administrative tasks across departments Track and ensure completion of HR-related duties (onboarding, new hire documentation, interview scheduling, etc.) Manage internal recurring tasks such as payroll runs, blog updates, supply checks, and client follow-ups Monitor and update operational dashboards and reports Communicate with clients who have pending invoices or decreased shipment volume Support finance by closing client invoices and monitoring billing dashboards Create and maintain weekly employee schedules and shift changes Coordinate review requests and track feedback for continuous improvement Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor standards

Shifts




Monday-Fri: 12:00pm-4:00pm


Saturday: 9am-4:00pm

Compensation




This position starts at

$17-$20.00/hr

depending on experience.


Performance-based raises are offered for reliability, initiative, and accuracy across multiple departments.
