Compensation:

$85,000-$130,000 + Performance Bonuses

Role Summary

This role is the

integrator of the business

. You will oversee daily operations, KPIs, lead flow, performance tracking, and internal accountability. This person turns chaos into systems and protects long-term scalability.

Responsibilities

Manage daily team performance dashboards & KPIs Monitor lead flow and distribution Ensure CRM integrity and follow-up compliance Identify bottlenecks in sales and processing Coordinate between leadership, LOs, and processors Build and refine SOPs and internal systems Drive weekly accountability meetings
Qualifications

3+ years in mortgage, sales ops, or high-growth operations Strong CRM and data tracking experience Leadership and accountability-driven personality Process builder, not just a "manager" Comfortable enforcing standards
