Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of the Older Adult Transportation Program
Ensure full compliance with contractual, fiscal, and reporting requirements
Supervise staff, drivers, vendors, and volunteers
Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and support funding applications
Strengthen relationships with funders, elected officials, and community partners
Address client, staff, and vendor concerns with professionalism
Use data to improve service quality, safety, and operational efficiency
Support outreach efforts to engage eligible older adults in the community
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Public Administration, Business, or related field
2+ years of management experience in transportation or human services
Strong organizational, financial, and supervisory skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders
Experience with non-profit operations or government-funded programs
