We are offering a Global Opportunity to work as a Operation Director at our Randoncorp Hercules facility located in New Jersey.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all plant and warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with business plans and strategic objectives.
• Drive operational excellence through strategic guidance, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation.
• Oversee production, logistics, maintenance, engineering, quality, environment, safety and management systems.
• Promote a culture of customer focus, sustainability, and respect for people while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Represent the company to clients, suppliers, government, and other stakeholders, maintaining synergy with HQ and sister companies.
• Monitor performance indicators, implement new processes, and develop action plans to achieve measurable results and long-term growth.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering with a B.S. degree or postgraduate education in Business Management.
• Required knowledge or practical experience in Production, Supply Chain Management, Planning, Finance, and other related areas.
• Experience in Semi-Trailer Manufacturing / Industrial Processes.

Language Requirements:

• English- Required
• Spanish - Desirable

It is an on-site position at the plant in Hillsborough Township.
Global Opportunity:

• Candidates must be authorized for employment in the United States;
• Randoncorp employees may be eligible with at least one year of active contract at the company;
• This job opportunity offers a direct employment contract with a US-based company;
• The candidate must be available to travel inside US, Brazil and abroad.
• Salary: $160,000 - $180,000
