Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our Cafe team at ISB. This role involves managing daily Cafe operations throughout the week. Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively serve diverse clients and team members. Responsibilities



Oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules and coordinating appointments Support customer service efforts through effective communication and support via phone, email, or in person Support office management activities such as organizing files, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a professional environment Two plus years of experience and operations food service and administrative coordination Strong organizational planning and multitasking abilities Experience managing scheduling or coordinating staff shifts Ability to coordinate catering orders and large volume food request Experiences school lunch programs or structured meal service Knowledge of inventory management ordering and vendor communication Ability to operate a pos/register and assist with basic food prep when needed Strong communication skills for working with staff vendor and management Comfortable in a fast-paced time sensitive environment Reliable punctual unable to take initiative with minimum supervision Basic proficiency with spreadsheets scheduling tools and Order management system

Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain organized physical and digital filing systems Experience coordinating staff schedules and shift coverage Knowledge of food service operations and administrative coordination Ability to coordinate catering orders and large-volume food requests Familiarity with school lunch programs or structured meal service environments Experience with inventory management, ordering, and vendor communication Ability to operate a POS/register system Willingness and ability to assist with basic food preparation when needed Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) Experience using scheduling tools and order management systems

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.21 - $27.95 per hour
