Position: Operations Coordinator
Keeping you comfortable with expert heating, cooling, and plumbing service since 2006. Express Plumbing Heating & Air has been serving homeowners and businesses for over 20 years and is recognized nationally for being one of the most knowledgeable heating, cooling, plumbing, and air quality contractors in the industry.
What's the Role?
Express Plumbing Heating & Air is looking for a highly consistent, detail-driven
Operations Coordinator
to help ensure our managers, supervisors, and teams are executing at the highest level: every day, without drop-off.
This is not an administrative role.
This is an
execution and follow-through role
.
You will be the person who makes sure:
Meetings happen
Training happens
Issues don't get ignored
Follow-through actually occurs

What You'll Be Responsible For
Operational Execution & Follow-Through
Ensure regularly scheduled meetings, ride-alongs, and training sessions are completed
Track commitments, deadlines, and action items and
hold people accountable
Escalate issues through management when follow-through is missing
Run reports, identify trends or breakdowns, and flag concerns early
Training & Development Support
Ensure consistent field and office training is happening
Identify patterns in performance that indicate training or corrective action is needed
Coordinate with managers to schedule training and improvement plans
Support long-term growth into a Training & Development leadership role
Field & Team Support
Assist field team members with scheduling oil changes, locating parts, and ordering specialized materials
Use vendor portals and local suppliers to help techs find parts quickly
Remove friction so field teams can stay productive
Process Discipline
Follow written procedures, policies, and standards and help reinforce them
Identify gaps where processes break down and bring solutions forward
Ensure work is done the
right way, not the easy way
