Primary Responsibilities
This role oversees the coordination and execution of firmwide operational initiatives, including:
Improve and maintain internal systems such as the CRM, financial planning tools, and reporting platforms
Manage technology and vendor relationships, including coordination with our third-party IT provider for on-site support
Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring accountability, timelines, and clear communication across teams
Document and refine processes to promote efficiency and consistency
Develop and deliver training and onboarding materials for team members
Create tools, templates, and workflows that allow the team to focus on their highest-value client work
Stay informed on emerging technology, compliance tools, and best practices in the financial services industry
Supplemental Responsibilities
Support and lead special projects that enhance the firm's capabilities, technology, and overall client experience
Minimum Required Designations for Role:
No specific designations are required, though an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred along with relevant work experience and/or education.
Compensation Commensurate with Experience:
Entry Level
Up to two years of experience. Focuses on learning firm systems and processes while supporting projects and completing assigned tasks under team guidance.
Mid Level
Three to five years of experience. Proficient in systems and workflows, manages projects with minimal oversight, anticipates challenges, and recommends improvements while collaborating across teams.
Senior Level
Five or more years of experience. Operates independently, translates strategic goals into actionable plans, manages complex projects, mentors others, and enhances firm-wide efficiency.
