Dulmes Decor Carpet One is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. As the Operations Coordinator you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment and distribution of materials

Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed

Perform duties related to receiving and distributing materials, including records maintenance

Identify problems or missing pieces with received shipments

Prepare flooring & tile materials for installation

Effectively communicate with installers, customers, and Sales/Design team

Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving warehouse efficiency and productivity

Deliver materials & assist installers on jobsites

Use of surging machine to surge/bind carpet

Operate forklift or other equipment as needed

Qualifications:

Must be able to multi-task

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Must be a team player

Strong communication skills

Forklift operation- willing to train

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Position Details:

Full time hours between 7:00am-4:00pm

No weekends
