Main Functional Activities Include:
Managing day-to-day workflow and job coordination
Tracking active projects and optimizing schedules
Enhancing processes to improve productivity and communication
Manage project submittal packages
Track licencing and certification requierements
Helping build weekly and long-term project schedules
Coordinating the dispatch of drivers and field crews
Collaborating closely with project managers, superintendents, and scheduling teams
Strengthening customer relationships through responsive support

Skills / Qualifications
