Verasonics is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team!

The Operations Coordinator will work in a mixed warehouse (75%) and office setting (25%). This position will help our team prepare items for shipment, verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments, assist in inventory management, perform incoming inspection and testing as needed, collect, track, and input quality data, and facilitate customer and vendor RMAs. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a warehouse environment and possesses strong administrative skills. This position requires a self-starter with innate curiosity, strong attention to detail & a high level of organization. Great communication, flexibility, and a sense of humor are appreciated!

Essential Duties:

Examine shipment contents and compare them with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy. Receive high-value items and prepare them to be shipped in our shipping materials. This includes putting boxes together and labeling. Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock. Prepare documents, such as shipping orders, to route materials. Assist with inventory management and perform periodic inventory audits (cycle counting). Coordinate across functions and with external vendors or customers to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications (RMAs). Contact carrier representatives to arrange or issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials. Determine shipping methods, routes, or rates for materials to be shipped. Send the shipping notification (tracking info) to the customer when products ship. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems (Salesforce, Excel, Fishbowl, etc.). Perform incoming testing/inspection of materials to ensure compliance Manage warranty transfers.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Demonstrated experience with MS Office (especially Excel & Outlook), CRM (Salesforce preferred), database, and/or inventory management systems (Fishbowl desired). Must be able to lift 45lbs A desire to learn new things and willing and eager to help where needed. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Prefer 1 year of previous shipping/receiving experience, preferably in a complex, technical environment.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
