Overview



We're seeking a highly organized, systems-minded, experienced individual to join a dynamic Jewish nonprofit team.

This part-time position provides day-to-day operational and administrative support, helping leadership stay focused and effective while keeping internal systems running smoothly.

You'll be a vital team member - managing donor records, tracking tasks, coordinating logistics, and ensuring no detail falls through the cracks.

Reporting Structure



You will report to the and regularly support the two rabbis with defined tasks.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working under multiple supervisors, each with their own style, and able to help create structure that lightens their load and enhances clarity and execution across the team.

Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative and support to the rabbis Manage internal systems to support task tracking and workflow Maintain donor CRM database: input gifts, update records, generate reports Ensure timely donor acknowledgment letters and back-end donor communication Oversee and delegate to virtual assistants; track progress and manage deadlines Handle building-related logistics: vendor coordination, ordering supplies, maintenance Support logistics for publications, holiday campaigns, and special projects Respond to calls and emails, organize files, and help manage internal calendars Monitor organizational deadlines and keep projects on schedule

Qualifications



3+ years experience in administrative, executive support, or office management Strong organizational skills with an ability to maintain systems Clear communicator with a warm, dependable, and proactive presence Technologically confident: able to use spreadsheets, shared drives, and project management tools Interest in AI applications and improving operational efficiency
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
