Job Description

We are seeking an

Operations Coordinator

to serve as a central support role for client services, front desk operations, billing, credentialing, and revenue cycle processes. This position blends administrative excellence with a heart for service and strong organizational skills. The Operations Coordinator ensures a smooth, welcoming experience for clients while supporting providers and maintaining efficient, compliant business operations behind the scenes.





This role is critical to client access, provider's readiness, and the financial health of the agency.




Client Onboarding

Coordination




Coordinate with referral partners, clinicians, billing, and credentialing to ensure complete onboarding Conduct insurance verification and obtain authorizations as required Follow up on referrals, hospital discharges, and missing or incomplete documentation

Scheduling & EHR Management




Enter, update, and maintain accurate client, insurance, and provider data in the EHR system Optimize provider schedules to support productivity and continuity of care Scan, upload, and maintain accurate digital documentation in client and provider records

Billing & Revenue Cycle Support




Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage Track claim statuses, denials, and follow-up actions in coordination with billing partners Assist with authorization tracking and payer requirements Communicate with clients regarding billing questions, balances, and insurance-related matters as appropriate

Provider Credentialing Support




Assist with initial credentialing and re-credentialing of providers with insurance panels Maintain credentialing files, CAQH profiles, licenses, and required documentation Track credentialing timelines, expirations, and payer communications Coordinate with providers and leadership to ensure timely credentialing and compliance

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and agency policies Support operational efficiency, workflow improvements, and team collaboration Perform other duties as assigned to support client care and agency operations



QUALIFICATIONS:




Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of experience in a behavioral health environment Experience working with payer-provider relations teams on trending payer issues, as well as working cross-functionally (including credentialing, support, contracting, and account management) to improve internal workflows EHR experience Billing and/or Coding certification preferred. Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills. Must be able to work with spreadsheets. Expert knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding, electronic billing is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills Advanced Excel skills with ability to create polished and streamlined reports and illustrations. Strong organizational, time management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills and abilities. Must be highly analytical and solutions-oriented. * Ability to excel in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
