The Operations Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the Transportation Manager and department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
Checks driver's daily documentation.
Verifies all CODs have been collected from customers.
Monitors Department of Transportation (DOT) hours and reviews on XRS.
Completes the Department of Transportation (DOT) hour spreadsheet.
Reviews and monitors DriveCam events.
Completes payroll weekly.
Assists with safety training, documentation and filing.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Transportation Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
One year of administrative experience.

Minimum Required:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Effective written & oral communication skills
Strong 10-key skills
Ability to multi-task
Must be able to work with all levels within the organization
