Operations Associate

sundays is a wellness-focused, non-toxic nail care brand rooted in mindfulness, style, and self-care. We create spaces and experiences that help people look and feel good--from our NYC studios to our growing product and partnership channels.

We're looking for an

Operations Associate

to join our passionate team and help ensure that our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys balancing structure with creativity.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Providing

administrative and operational support

across departments to ensure smooth daily workflow.

Managing inventory

, coordinating shipments, and overseeing deliveries for both studios and wholesale clients. Supporting

wholesale and B2B client communications

, order processing, and fulfillment. Managing

customer service

responses through Gorgias (email and web inquiries) and ensuring a warm, professional brand voice. Assisting with

social media and influencer logistics

, including influencer bookings, product shipments, and campaign tracking. Helping coordinate

events, group bookings, and corporate activations

. Performing

local errands, purchasing, and general support tasks

as needed to support studio and HQ operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.

2+ years of professional experience

in operations, logistics, customer service, or administrative support. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer-oriented mindset. Familiarity with tools such as

Gorgias, Shopify, Google Workspace, Slack, and Excel

(experience with inventory systems a plus). Interest in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range:

$55,000-$60,000
