Operations Associate

plays a critical role in making sure every puzzle, prop, and immersive piece we create arrives at its destination in flawless condition.

You'll spend most of your time in our

Quality Control and Shipping

department, ensuring that every product leaving our doors meets our high standards. But your role doesn't stop there--you'll also support other departments across the shop whenever the business needs an extra set of capable hands. Your Mission as an Operations Associate



Inspect and Perfect:

Be the final checkpoint for our escape room props and puzzles. Meticulously inspect components for quality, durability, and functionality before they're shipped to customers around the world.

Prepare Adventures for the Road:

Carefully and strategically pack components, build custom shipping crates, wrap and protect pieces, and ensure every shipment arrives exactly as intended.

Master the Logistics:

Assist with coordinating 3rd party freight carriers, creating accurate packing slips, and preparing shipments with precision and care.

Support Across Departments:

Step in to assist other teams--Carpentry, Scenic, Tech/FX, Fabrication--when needed. Your flexibility helps keep production moving smoothly.

Sitewide Responsibilities:

Take part in company-wide initiatives, projects, and operational duties that keep the facility running at its best while also helping other departments when dictated by the needs of the business.

Your Skills & Experience (The Toolkit You Bring)



We're looking for someone who's organized, reliable, and ready to jump in where needed.

Required Foundations:



1+ years of experience in QC, shipping, or a similar hands-on operations role a plus; Previous manufacturing or production experience a plus; Comfortable using basic power tools; Comfortable using computers to include Google Suite Products Ability to lift and move crates, boxes, and materials as part of daily operations

A keen eye for detail -- you catch what others miss Experience with 3rd party logistics or shipping carriers is a plus Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or themed entertainment a plus Excellent organizational and time management skills A flexible team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
