Position Summary



Supports daily business operations across multiple departments to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. This role involves assisting with administrative and project tasks, monitoring operational processes, and providing general support to the operations team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities.

Core Job Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including employee appreciation activities, holiday parties, family picnics, potlucks, and milestone celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.). Support team engagement initiatives such as lunch and learns, interdepartmental lunches, and staff appreciation events. Assist with onboarding and training processes for new team members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition. Manage employee recognition and gift programs to foster a positive workplace culture. Record, summarize, and distribute notes from weekly staff huddles to internal teams. Coordinate community engagement efforts, including Jeans Day donations and partnerships with local agencies. Organize logistics for quarterly and annual meetings, including catering, venue reservations, and materials preparation. Provide administrative and operational support to the leadership team, including calendar management backup for the CEO. Develop, review, and maintain Policies, Work Instructions (PWIs), and process documentation for the Operations Department to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance. Support scheduling, planning, and logistics for both internal operations and external business activities. Assist in coordinating daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business functions across departments. Perform general office and administrative duties as needed to support overall operational efficiency. Conduct basic data entry, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and performance tracking. Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records, reports, and process documentation. Coordinate and manage the annual Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) filing process. Assist with tracking and maintaining employee credentials and compliance documentation.

Assist with inventory management for the company store, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking. Support day-to-day operations of the clothing store, including organization, product display, and customer service. Help monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in shared spaces, including the kitchen area. Perform and/or serve as a backup for special projects, and study related duties as assigned by the leadership team.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required



Minimum of one year in a role involving data entry, scheduling, coordinating office events, preparing reports and taking/communicating meeting notes. Proven experience delivering excellent internal customer service- skilled in finding ways to make the team more efficient and effective. Known for having a positive and professional demeanor and maintaining confidentiality. Familiarity with standard business software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Associates degree or equivalent required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
