We are hiring a

full-time

assistant to our operations and sales manager in Seaford, DE!This position will be assisting the operations manager in securing customer contracts, organizing customer files, and communicating with customers, scheduling and staffing, and answering phones.

Applicants need to be proficient with Microsoft products, Gmail email and calendar, and OneDrive. Requirements include a clean background check.Must be dependable, organized, able to communicate effectively and professionally, maintain a professional appearance, be friendly and outgoing with clients and fellow staff, and have strong customer service skills. Degree or certificate preferred, but will accept experience.

Starting pay determined by experience, up to $25/hr. Benefits included. *Bi-lingual is a PLUS!
