Job Summary



The

Operations Analyst

supports Agile Dream Team's mission by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. This role transforms data-driven insights into actionable recommendations that enhance performance, streamline processes, and improve service delivery. The Operations Analyst plays a key role in fostering an evidence-based culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities



Collect and analyze

quantitative and qualitative data

using appropriate research and statistical methods. Convert findings into

actionable recommendations

that drive process optimization and operational efficiency. Prepare and present

high-quality reports, visualizations, and summaries

for management and cross-functional teams. Support ongoing

performance measurement initiatives

, including KPI tracking and trend analysis. Collaborate with departments to identify data gaps, develop solutions, and align metrics with strategic goals. Utilize analytical tools and methods to assess productivity, resource utilization, and service delivery outcomes. Contribute to process improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and benchmarking studies. Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and quality standards in all data and report outputs.

Requirements



Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related analytical field.

Experience:

Entry-level position requiring

at least 1 year of experience

performing data analysis or operational assessment work. Proficiency in

Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

for data visualization and reporting. Familiarity with

statistical analysis software

(e.g., SPSS, R, or Python). Strong understanding of process improvement or performance management concepts.

Residency:

Must reside in or be willing to relocate to

Washington D.C.

(on-site position).

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and persuasively.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $91,389.30 - $110,060.23 per year
